Sian is responsible for the following areas within school:
- Curriculum reviews
- BHS pedagogy
- Academic Middle Leaders and HOFs
- Destination strategy
- Sixth Form transition programme
- Sixth Form promotion and recruitment strategy
- Strategic oversight, academic pathways and super-curriculum
- GLR/ EPIC/ SMSC/ British Values
- EPQ and Oracy strategic oversight.
